Within any Multinational Corporations (MNCs) it is the responsibility of the Chairman to communicate their vision and strategies to all of their employees so the strategies can be implemented if the vision is not clear to the employees they may have a challenging time understanding the importance of their role within the organization. This research objective is to examine if there is relationship between the type of techniques Multinational Corporations (MNCs) management uses to communicate their strategies and visions to employees. The results of this research study provide information on how management of organizations can use effective techniques in communicating their organization's vision and strategies to employees across international lines. Therefore, this research results will benefit to the professional community because it provides information on how management may consider the different techniques they use in communicating to domestic employees and those across international lines.
